| so far the judges of higher courts have saved themselves from any kind of disciplinery action inspite of the well known facts of deep rooted curruption. now its the right time for our parliament to rise above the party politics and unlike the previous opportunity in case of justice ramaswami, in order to keep intact the faith of indian people to its judiciary ,to bring the guilty to justice and give a strong massage that wrongdoer will be punished how highsoever post he may have held. submitted by: gaurav agarwal | |

| I do not think Parliament will get 2/3 majority votes in this matter. That is why many Judges are still there in their posts. | |
