Has the common man lost faith in judiciary?

Few ignorants may continue to believe in stones or these institutes and may come up with some examples in support of it. Faith is a disease with no remedy. Proper question should be "should common man believe Judiciary? if so Why?"

Forget about the faith, insead Judiciary has become out of reach for the common man. It if very difficult to afford the entire process for even better than common man.

Most of my clients are frustrated for one or other reasons. Trial not commenced even after 5 years of filing of written statement, other side dragging on proceedings, Advocate Boycott and sometime inordinate adjournment given to their case. Even after getting decree in their favor, they were not allowed to enjoy the fruits of the decree, as other side file appeal.

Honest Judges should rule this country and we have plenty in numbers.

I have opted the option of 'cant say. "Power of Judiciary lies not in deciding cases, nor in Imposing sentences nor in punishing for contempt, but in the trust, faith and confidence of the common man". I suppose common man has not lost faith now, but is on the way to. The common man is often bewildered why he loses a case with identical facts when another litigant gets relief. Personal prejudices and whims of judges have, of late, begun to influence their judgments. Mainly, law in books is different from law in action. I think there should be no immunity for taking bribe.
