sir i m apllt in this case lower court decreed the suit . agreement done on 15 aprl 1998 of immovable property between both parties . and time given to complete within one year in agreement and plaintiff filed a suit on 16 feb 2006 with grounds that pltf and dfndt are both real bros tht's y plntf believe on his tongue value and time extend verbaly . plz help me out with few rulings
