My Self Mitesh Makwana Working in Bajaj Allianz Life insuance Co Limited Since 16th June 2020 I got Opprunity in Other Oraganization hence I submit Rasignation as on 28th Oct 2024
As per compnay Policy Copmnay provide Every Month Incetive on below Gate Critera
1 Branch Manager Month Traget Sould be Complete 100%
2 13th Month Renewal Persistancu % should be 88% and 25th Month Renewal PErsiatncy Should be 80%
3 Product type Traditional Policy % should be minimum 30%
If above Gate Critera Complete that Employee should received his Every Month Incentive After Three month of business done ( Example If Aug 2024 Business Incetice I should receive in Novemebr 2024 Month Salary
Now I need your help that in the month of Aug 2024 I am Active Employee so I must receive my August Month Incetive of RS 155000 in this month November 2024 Salary as i submitted Rasigantion on 28th Oct 2024 and My notice Period of 3 Month
So please guide me on legal point of view
