I am looking for a specimen of an agreement to be executed between two persons - one giving the land other taking the same - for erecting a pillar on the said piece of land for erecting an advertising panel on the same

I can prepare an agreement if you provide the details of the land and the party in between the agreement has to take place. Please also provide id you desire to put in some special clause in the agreement. Also provide the details of the rent and period of lease for which you are giving the land.
