My father was holding a medical shop on rent for 28 years in Kanpur, now after his sudden demise the landlord is planning to take it back in order to do so he is unnecessary troubling us by not giving the rent receipts, For now we have money ordered him the money what if he refuses that also, please advice on taking appropiate action. He is also saying that he will calculate the commercial tax for the shop for these years and will send to us but that we are already paying in the rent . Please advice on the above mentioned and what are our chances against him.
