my self srinivas, my uncle bought agricultural land in a nalgonda,10 years back, now we want sell those land we have passbook also, but unfortunately one of the person saying we have also passbook related to that land, now he is interfering in sale of land and saying how your going to do registration, but we don't know how he got passbook, what we have
to do to get rid of this issue, and how we cancel that person passbook, is it revenue department problem to issue two passbooks on same land
