I am writing a strong complaint against Aircel Cellular Limited which has tried to do a potenital fraud of INR 1074 by them in the form of failed online recharge in Aircel.
When, What, Where:
On 15th Jul'12 in Chennai I had tried to recharge for INR 358 twice on the same day and once on 16th Jul'12 for the same amount, tota up to INR 1074; all of the same were done using my credit card (XXXXXXX7013), I had immediately tried to alert the Aircel team through 198 but in vain, on 18th Jul'12 I had tried to request for a expedition of service no 1-89177387775 (same was raised on 16th Jul'12).
On 18th Jul'12 Aircel team raised a ticket on 1-8937309011, for which I had immediately tried to support them the screen shots on the failed transactions, On 19th Jul'12 Guru from Aircel had assured me on the service shortly with a new ticket no 1-8945476391 and assured to restore the money at the earliest.
On 23rd Jul'12 a new service request no was raised by Aircel team 1-8986641845 and assured a refund of 1074 within 7 working days which was due on 31st Of Jul'12, after certain additional Followups on 4th Aug'12 & 8th Aug'12, I got a refund on the 10th of Aug'12.
In the interim I had a lot of mental tension, torture & delay in payment due to indiffferent attitue by Aircel team, for which I would like to get a legal advise to Sue Aircel for interest in delay of payment.
Please advise on the same.
