Hi,
This is relaetd to Appartment handover procedure.
We (total 45) familes are living in same appartment located in East PUNE - Maharashtra.
We started living from 2009 and we are managing all the routine housekeeping / Elec Bills / Water Tanker charges by flat owners by its own pocket, as builder is not willing to provide maintenance / support/funding for the same.
Now builder wants to handover all the doc/flats to us.
WE dont know exact status of following documents;
1 - Propertty Tax/ House Tax Payments
2- Building plan and approval plan
3- NOC from pollution board, electricity, water and fire department
4- Completion certificate
5- Proof of approved floor plans
Now our question is can we take handover from builder?
Who is the responsible for House tax /property tax and all the payment till date?
What is the main documents / mandatory documents during the handover?
Please guide us so that we can procceed further.
