PLEASE GUIDE ME THAT IF A PSU DOESN'T GIVES RELIEVING ORDER EVEN AFTER WRITING TO ITS CMD THAT TOO AFTER PASSING OF MORE THAN 3 MONTHS, wherein the employee was relieved from his headquarter but the local office is not acting on the letter received from its HQ(asking for bribe for hand over the relieving letter, by telling to complain his new employers about his non relieving!), so is he now AUTOMATICALLY RELIVED UNDER VARIOUS LABOUR LAWS?
