Please state your question clearly. If you are asking can the police file a case under Official Secret act then yes , a Supritendant of Police or any other similar office may investigate and register case under official secrets act.

Fine inwas just asking osa under what circumstances police can impose. Actually we all know police are themselves corrupt they always tries to help accused by money settlement and impose fake osa on victim if they are caught for their irresponsible behaviour.
