This year, one of my neighbors trespassed on my property and built a garden on it. Now he is claiming ownership of that part of the land. I have complained about this to the secretary of the society but no actions were not taken regarding this. Kindly tell me what actions I can take against him.

It is your own property
If neighbor has encroached your property you can give a complaint with the local police or file a suit for injunction to restrain him from interfering with your possession and enjoyment and also to remove his structures from the encouraged property
