My builder executes deed of declaration (apartment) on 2 march 2012 (submitting property to act 1970) and registered deed of apartment with me and another 3 members. Now he wants to cancell the deed of decaration and created right title interest in the propoerty.
Can he cancelled deed of declaration without our consents?
Aslo further he is ready to give conveyance to society formed after the deed of declaration i.e. on 12 May 2012 (having majority of peoples). In that case what should I do to protect my rights in the builind and land.
