Sir,
I am students studying in engg. college I want change my surname in 10th class and 12th class certificate (Maharashtra State Board) . I want to ask do they allow it ? My surname is correctly written on Date of Birth (DoB) certificate but some how due to mistake of school authorites or my carelessness I got changed , Now I want to change the surname in 10th and 12th class as per my DoB certificate.
