Cheque bouncing case

I want to know the time limit for the courts to clear cheque bouncing cases.

And also the proceedure after the cheque is bounced & expenses of advocate & courtfees if the amount is 5 Lakhs cheque & 47 cheque Lakhs

Timelimit prescribed for final disposal of the case is 6 months as per law.

The procedure is to send legal notice through advocate and if other party dont pay then you may approch the court and file your complaint.

There is fixed fees it depends and varise from advocate to advocate and case to case basis.
