Hi,

Whether you had signed any bond with the company?

What was the reason they terminated you?

If you can put some light on these few aspects, we will certainly be able to help with the solution.

Demand to pay salary on  all days worked and claim that you were subjected to rude, rowdy treatment in offcie and asked to go..........................and stake claim to notice pay.

Approach ana bale counsel specialzing in labor-service matters if you can't handle.

Employee's/trade union leaders can also help you.

Approach an able counsel specialzing in labor-service matters ,Employee's/trade union leaders and they can draft your compalint and also help you.

They can also confirm if you are covered by the def. of 'Employee' as  in Shops & Estbs Act, 'Workman' as in ID Act.

If covered you can aproach Inspector appointed under Shops & Estbs Act, O/O Labor Commissioner and may be that you can approach Inspector appointed under Payment of Wages Act,
