I want to know that Properties which are situated at the Delhi Metro Station is Delhi Metro Corporation Property. At the same time if DMRC through conessionaire agreement let out the station permises to some builder for development and we are on the process of taking one shop for rent. In that cirucmstances, due diligence of the said sshop is required.
