Dear sir/Madam,
Wife filed petition for the relief of declaration of marriage as void on the ground force and fraud.
Husband filed petition for conjugal rights and he has videos and photographs to show that wife was with him in his house in festivals and birth day celebrations and no force in marriage.
When photos are confronted wife denied, but to confront videos to wife in the witness Box judge objected and told required to seek file application.
Please enlighten me what is the provision for seeking permission to exhibit videos to witness in the witness box
As far as photos are concern, can i mark photos with CD directly in the chief evidence, is there any application is required other tnan section 65 of evidence Act.
I request brother /Sister advocates enlighten me on this subject.
