We are living on agricultural land we constructed our house 12 years back when our local municipal council granted us permission for construction and NOC for converting our land in Non agricultural. Now we want to construct 2nd floor on the same house but our municipal council refuses the permission for the 2nd floor we want to get Non Agricultural certificate now ours is 2500 sq ft. land can we get NA certificate and what are the procedures in Maharashtra for getting NA certificate and how much it will cost to us?
