dear,

i have a query regarding uttar pradesh power corporation limited

CAN person of power corporation can inspect premises , roof ..etc in the absence of the house owner?

can power corp person issue charges of theft of electricity in person absence..or after one or two days?

can they disconnect power supply in the absence...even if the bill is paid

First file application seeking information under RTI Act, and copy of laid down procedure for checking theft of power, inabsence of consumer. Once you get the authenticated information, you can think of violations and then decide further action.

You may see the rules of the inspecting official to follow while being assigned to inspect the building for possible power thefts, if a gross violation to the rule is evidenced, you may initiate appropriate legal action against the erring official.
