Criminal case charge sheet through rti

Can a petitionor ask for the charge sheet copy of a criminal case through RTI when the charge sheets are given to the accust without any intimation to the petitionor/aggrieved person.

When the megistrate court srart trial.. judge will give youi the complete charg sheet,

it is duty of megistrate to give charge sheet along with all the papers to accused before framing charges.

You are not clear about your nexus in the crinal case. Are you accused, complainant or by-standeer.

Yes a petitioner/complainant/aggrieved person can ask for the charge sheet. It is not necessary to file an RTI Application. He can plainly apply for a certified copy of the chargesheet from the CJM Court.
