Hi I have purchased a flat in thane. whose possession is due in month of June'12.
I have already registered "Agreement for Sale" for the same.
Do i need to enter into "DEED OF CONVEYANCE" with the builder and register the same after OC is recieved?
When will i recieve OC?
Also, which documents should i collect from builder while taking Possesion?
