Does the PF member have proof/POD of having submitted PF forms to company?
The PF is being managed by EPFO or PF trust of the company?
The member can lodge complaint with nearest o/o RPFC and should preferably meet RPFC in person with written complaint and obtain acknowledgment on the copy of complaint with seal, signature, and diary number.
Declinature to attest the PF forms is cognizable offence.
The PF member can submit the PF forms by any other authority e.g. BM of the bank where he holds an a/c and submit to RPFC in nearest PF office.
The RPFC shall do the rest.
