I booked a flat with a Builder after paying 20% of Flat Cost......... It snow 1 year but the registration is not done....... As per I know, they don't have some paper/ clearance as of yet though they have never discussed with me...
Everytime, I ask about the registration, they say.. in a month but gets extended to another month.........
About the relevant papers, I have PAYMENT Receipts and Letter of allotment confirming the booking of the flat written on Builder's Letter head...
I wish to get all relevant papers..... Please note that the land comes under Gram Panchayat Area of KALYAN, Mahahrashtra......... Which Papers should I demand from them (apart from the papers mentioned below)?
1. Aggrement of Sale (Construction Aggrement)
2. Copy of NA Permission for the land from the collector
3. Blue Print (Plan copy) approved by Collector
4. Commencement Certificate
5. Land Clear Title Certificate
