Deposit the high court

In one of appeal against order from district court, delhi,  delhi high court order me to deposit 50% of awarded amount to admit appeal.

 

Tell me what the procedure to deposit the amount in court, without the help of any lawyer.

 

I heard that I must issue ch/draft in favour of “ The Registrar General, Delhi High Court”

money deposited with The Registrar, automatically deposit this amount in FD with SBI, to safe gaurd the money.

Is there any deposit Form in which I fill the case no etc and order in which this ordered.

The amount can be deposited in High Court, if the High Court has passed such orders otherwise it would be deposited in the trial court along with the copy of the High Court Order.

As I understand, an amount required to be deposited under court orde has to be by DD in the name of the 'Registrar & Prothonotary" of respective HC with an attested copy of the order concerned, through an advocate. There are no forms as such.
