I'm planning to purchase a SRA flat at Sahayadri Nagar Charkop Kandivali West. Please let me know what are the documents that are essential to check and verify before purchasing this property? The agent is willing to give me NOC of all the family members of the Owner and Power Of Attorney on my name but he says the property will not be transferred to my name for next 10 years. He is also going to make the arranngement for making necessary changes at the Society comittee. Are these documents enough or should I demand some more?
What are the other documents that I should verify to be on safe side? I want to be sure that I don't get any eviction letter after I invest my hard earned money. Also can the building be reconstructed by some other builder, is there any time limit or legal obligation involved for the building to be reconstructed?
