Domestic voilance

Wife include the name of husband + his Father+ His mother+ Hios sister + His brother name in Domestic voilance. I think Wife can claim maintenace from huaband only.

Then What is the benefit to wife , if she file DV against all above said persons ???

Please guide me .

An application under the DVA is not filed just for the sake of maintainance. The act also provides for protection orders against the respondants in order to stop the domestic violance.
