I need a draft bye laws of Welfare society which is going to be formed for the purpose of rendering service of last rites to poor people by arranging prohits, materials for burial, burial ground expenses etc.,
Presently this service is to be provided with a minimum cost to members and in a later stage after getting some donations the service will be free. The society needs to be registered at Chennai.
I will be obliged if i get the procedure for registration of such soiceties.
