Hi,
I was planning to buy a flat in Bangalore at ITPL. Originally the builder has got approved for a duplex 3BHk apartment from BBMP but now due to less demand for duplex, he has converted it to two 2BHKs. Is that correct without re approval of plan from BBMP.
