Educational trust

Hi this is rachana . i have pre school. I have a dream to open big school (till 12 ) with that evening i want to run professional classes like Mobil repair,cooking ,computer free of cost .want to connect with Digital media to rural area of India But i dont have enough fund for this. can i form trust collect money as a charity and start school and professional courses . can i get help from government. please suggest what best i can do.
