Hello,
Person works for 25 yrs in Organisation & gets retire but his leave encasement is not released. While retirement person had no pending matter & even no notice or letter served by anorganisation Person wrote 5 to 6 times to Authority to release it but authority didn't reply him nor they r releasing his money.Already 4 months over but Organisation never replied to him.
How far Legally this is valid . And can organisation withhold benefit Leave encasement on retirement ?
Ur views plz.

Refer to the enactments applicable to the establishment pertaining to Leave eligibility and its encashment and relate with private/inner Rules and regulations of establishment.
The establishment can provide superior benefits but not inferior.

Let me correct...Its not Govt but not private even... its autonomus cooperative food industry.

Dear The Service Records should have an authentication, clearly indicating the title to leave at credit...This portion is is the responsibility of the Auditing Agency,based on which Administrative sanction for payment Action is sought for...!!! Aadalat Cell!!! of the concerned organisation will be in a position for a decision.After this stage alone legal route will become operative.Regards...
