Would like to discuss the essentials for a valid notice of termination of agreement, in my case the notice has been sent to an address that was not detailed in the agreement as the address for service of communication. Can this notice be held to be valid ????
please share citations if u have any

Due to incomplete address it is not delivered. Hence communication is not complete. Thus not valid notice.

its not incomplete address...... they have posted it to an address that i used to reside at 10years back, despite express diclosure of my correct current address in the agreement for sale.
