In my Case when petitioners witness is closed for non-production of witness at registrar(high court),
The case is directed to the judge for further direction.
I would request u to guide me what is the next process in the case.(it is civil suit for damages)

The next step would be for the defendant to start producing his witnesses unless the plaintiff moves an application to set aside the order closing his right
