Does Agreement to Lease for allotment of leasehold plot to Builder Developver by CIDCO attracts Stamp duty? After construction of building on leasehold plot then flat sold to flat owners who had already paid stamp duty on agreement value. After Co.Op. Hsg. Soceity opproach for conveyance by way of LEASE DEED between CIDCO & Co.Op.Hsg. Society and as a conffirming pary Builder & Developer will sign on the same in front of CIDCO & Sub Registrar. - Kindly explain how many times stamp duty will attract? - Harish
