My question is related to expenses of society formation + Conveyance Deed.
Whenever flat purchaser purchase flat, builders are claiming money (ad-hoc or more than real expenses) from flat purchaser. So inaccordance to that I want to know that.
1. Firstly when builder demands he demands money for society formation + conveaynce deed together but never disclose what all expenses have taken under name of society formation and conveaynce deed.
In conveyance deed most expensive thing is stamp duty liable to pay over the renasfer of land and building:- I've read that when flat buyers buys the flat they pays stamp duty on their flat. So why again flat purchaser been ask to pay conveyance deed (stamp duty) again.
Is it correct, as per Bombay stamp act , flat buyer's stamp duty is get deducted from total stamp duty levied on building and land in conveyance deed and remaining stamp duty should be paid by builder or land owner?
What all expenses included in society formation and conveyance deed?
