I have a query regarding succession certificate from court. My father in last year. He was working as Asst. Professor. He was in service at the time of death. We have applied for the family pension. Respective authorities told us to get Succession certificate from the District Court. I am in doubts on whether i need to mention the total amount or i can just apply without putting ammount?
Do I need to mention the amount of pension & gratuity while applying for the certificate?
Please help needed on this topic.
