hi..
i ve bought a 6.5 acres of land near nagpur city.. this land is under new metro region developmnt plan.
i want to develop it as farm house project may be 7000sqft of land and 550 sqft of construction area ..
i just want to know how i can get the sanction for the same & what r the legal aspect to make
it more transperant to my buyers..

If you want to make it project and sell it out then you have to get it approved from town planning department .or you are panning it for own use the entire 6.5 acres then you have to simply get permision from Gram panchayat or municipality department ,whichever exist .
