Pl. advice what is the liability of a lessee in case fire broke out in the leased premises used for warehouse purposes and every thing including whole of the building get destroyed. Also for insurance claim for the goods stored in the building. Kindly suggest the better way

if it wasnt a fault of lessee he will nat be made libale for ANYTHING but th same must be proved if he is dragged to the court. concerning insurance so it depends on the terms of it. s in genera, you shall be compensated against the loss if duly insured.
