PLEASE PROVIDE JUDGEMENTS AND HELP........I AM IN ABAD SITUATION.
There is a general and a special power of attorney OF A PROPERTY . in general power of attorney there is mentioned all the powers INCLUDING SALE ATHOURITY. but in special power of attorney it is mentioned that sale deed to be EXECUTED to a specified person. the person with general power of attorrney sold the property to somebody else hiding the special power of attorney. is there any law OR JUDGEMENT which can CHALLENGE AND cancel that selling? or some law i guess which binds any citizen to read gpa & spa at the same time?
