Dear Arup ji, it is not his proposal but it is a suggestion which he already submitted here. LCI team has to go through if they will find it is according to their wish. Otherwise also we should have to make it feasible for the site of DRF. You are also a knowledgeable person with the law & HC SC decisions quotes, please contribute your ideas too.
