hi, need help of experts, we have agriculture land in andhra pradesh village neradgam, government forcelly wants to buy the same at his price, it some where aroung 15 acers. we don't wana sell it please advice ur what should we do....

Govt has right to acuire any land. Your right can be of compensation only. Somre states have laws under which a person who is nto farmer by professioncan be dispossesd of the agrarian land and renting/contracting out or neglect of land of agricultural nature is not permitted. Please chekc rule position of your state
