high handedness of holiday timeshare resort

I purchased a holiday timeshare property during 1995 which entitled me to spend one week in the organisations holiday resort for a week every year during March for a period of 99 yrs. In the agreement during sale I agreed to pay a management fee every year which was Rs 750 then .They have been increasing this annual management fees every year since then and now the fees has become Rs 5000. They do it suomotu without any consultation or notice tome and also charge exobitant penalty in case of late payment.

Besides I have to pay service charge calculated at a daily basis for the no of days I stay in the resort which was not shown in the agreement I signed. This charge is also increased every year at their own sweet will.

Please advise what steps I can take to stop them from increasing these charges at their own sweet will.
