How can i franchise my security business

HI,

We are contemplating franchising our security services company in various parts of maharshtra .we have all the required licences as mentioned below:

Ø ISO 9001:2008 certification.

Ø Pasara act license 125/2011

Ø Shop & commercial act establishment Reg: no 2-71/2/68

Ø Pan no akfpksoozr.

Ø Pf registration no. mh/vasiii/i18929.

Ø Pt No 99261694371p

Ø Services tax Registration No AKFPKSOOZRSTOOI

Ø Copy of latest group insurance policy especially to cover the liability of principal employer toward workmen’s compensation act.

Please advise on how we may proceed for the same and would this be a viable option.

Yes, it is a good idea to franchise your business. There are other requirements for doing a franchise business.

Do you have a franchise agreement??

You need to first start functioning your self. Start marketing with help from known sources. Tap all your contacts on this new event .

Prepare a good service brochure a attractive on the services and fees charged.

Prepare a website on the Security services.

Once you are through this you can advertise to franchise your business to a third party.

You may give ad in prominent newspapers of Maharashtra state. But before that you should have to prepare yourself with all the training materials, training arrangements for the franchisees, terms & conditions, and justifiable franchise agreement.
