Not Possible since FIR can be given to the accused or the complainant, however it has to be seen if there is any provision under RTI Act to ask for a copy of FIR

MR. Jigg you can obtain the cetified copies of the chargesheet if it is filed in the court, but you will have to file an affidavit for the same. the procedure for obtaining the certified copies is as under.
1. file application affixing a court fees of Rs. 10/- on it
2. deposit the charges with court in which the chargesheet has been submitted by the investigating agency.
3. you will recevied the same after 7/10 days.

1- If you are not having any adverse interest to that of the accused, contact with the accused and request, for the copies, you may get it.
2- You may obtain the same from the Investigation officer, by request.
3. As suggested by Sanjay Tezad.
4. F.I.R is a public Document and you Can get the copy of the Same from police station.
