I am Law Graduate praticing in Taxation Matters .I would Also Like to Parice in IPR Matters also.What is Regular Formalities I will to Bear with to become Patent Agents. In which form under the Patent Act & Rules I will have to apply. And What the Renewal Fees Payable Every Year. Kindly Advise.

To be registered as a patent agent in the Patent officeamong other things you should have
1 Obtained a degree in science,engineering or technology from any university recognised by govt of india
2Has passed the qualifying examination prescribed for the purpose conducted by the Patent office.
Sections 125 to 132 of the Patents Act relate to Patent agents
