I have one query about the remedies available after getting interim relief. My question is after getting an ad interim injunction order what are the remedies available to the party if the interim relief is not been respected. What if the party is still violationg the relief of the interim order against him?? Even if one files Contempt of court, can it be heard immediately or one has to wait for the hearing / arguments to get over??
Inshort, if in the midst of the hearing the relief granted to the plaintiff / defendant is violated, what would be the action plan ??
