i have problem in csae of m a c p where driver has driving licence but vechile is a taxi permit & driver has reqried batch no. & taxi permit licence in my case i am facing problem as driver has driving licence but his taxi permit is expried in such case is insurence com. is lible to pay compensation to petitioner ? plz help me
