Is society NOC required for Flat transfer in CIDCO. According to the probated WILL we are the legal owners today, but flat is not transfer yet as application is not done. Though the simple query is "Is society NOC required for flat transfer in CIDCO?"

1. CIDCO NOC and Cidco Transfer Premium for Transfer is MANDATORY, to purchase Flat in a CIDCO complex /society. Separate Share Transfer Premium is payable to the Society, alongwith membership entrance and membership transfer fees.
