          this is a million doller question and i agree with you. this needs amendment of constitution&re writing the duties vested on three pillors of democracy.

Yes accountablity should be there in juditiary, If judiatiary is asking for executive accoutablity and giving judgments regarding the parliamentary powers It should be accoutable for the constitutional process of democracy.

Accontibility makes a person more cautious and exels one to perform the given task with sense of responsibility.I am here not questioning the working of judiciary but  an accontibility must be set to preserve the  strong belief of common man who somewhere looks the judiciary  doubtfully.
