An order was passed by the presiding officer for a particular Asset ,That time the said Property was under the jurisdiction of Recover Officer from DRT-3.Now after the new changes by Ministry of Finance the said property falls under the area of the Recovery Officer of DRT-2.
So will that Recovery Officer from DRT-3 still has the power to take action on this property or it can be done by RO of DRT-2 only??
